30th Social Economy Colloquium (2018-04-23)

The 30th Social Economy Colloquium, co-hosted by the CRD, Sallim Social Cooperative, and the GwangJu Support Center for Social Economy, 

was held on April 23, 2018 at the Choi Sang-jun Hall, CNU College of Business Administration. The invited speaker, Professor Yang-woo Kim

(Director, Social Finance Development Research Institute, Professor at Sookmyung Women's University) delivered a presentation on the topic "The Fourth Industrial Revolution Era: Social Finance and Blockchain." Starting with the question "Are we all happy?" Professor Yang-woo Kim presented on the significance and overview of impact finance (i.e., social finance). In the second part, he presented relevant case studies. 

Finally, in the third part, he introduced the concepts and examples of utilizing impact finance and blockchain.
