speaker, Dr. Se-hoon Park (Research Fellow, Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements), delivered a presentation on the topic "Culture, Creativity, and Urban Development: How to Create a Cultural City?" Dr. Park discussed the limitations of creating a 'cultural city,' the role of creativity, and introduced examples such as 'DdoDdaDdoGa,' a cultural creation space in the central district of
Busan, and the Japanese region 'Kajinawa,' designated as a UNESCO Creative. He emphasized the importance of horizontal
partnerships, networks, and cultural intermediary organizations.
